SYNOPSIS


Picasso in Paris is a dramatic retelling of Picasso's life during the rise of Nazi forces on the continent of Europe.  This story covers the years leading up to the Occupation of Paris, the struggles of his relationships, both personal and professional, as he rises to prominence within the avant-garde movement. The final act focuses on the resolve and courage Picasso developed in response to tyranny. Throughout the musical, themes of love, passion, creativity, and conflict are interwoven, reflecting Picasso's tumultuous life and the vibrant era he lived in.
