PROJECT OVERVIEW

Picasso in Paris is a multi-faceted artistic endeavor that celebrates Pablo Picasso’s life during his years in Paris. Through a dynamic combination of musical theater, documentary filmmaking, and immersive experiences, we aim to capture the essence of an era that changed the face of art forever.

Picasso in Paris is a comprehensive artistic project that captures the spirit of Pablo Picasso's life leading up to and during the Occupation of Paris during WWII, a period of immense creativity and personal evolution. The project is composed of three core elements: a musical that dramatizes Picasso's journey, a documentary that examines scientific DNA research with historical and cultural context, and an immersive experience that allows audiences to step into Picasso's vision of the world.

Greetings,

My name is Kenneth Hawkins.  I am the Producer of a Musical Production in development titled, Picasso in Paris.

This project, after 13 years in development, has reached a level of maturity that is worth reviewing. We are looking for a strategic partner to join us in this world-wide enterprise, something that will sweep Europe, South America, and yes, even Broadway.  This enterprise represents a business opportunity of grand proportion ~ but we are looking for an associate partner who is at least equally concerned about these issues:

Our audiences will enter to see the story of the greatest artist of the 20th century and his beautiful muses, and will witnesses a man of great courage resisting the Nazis, and helping Jews escape occupied Paris.  It is the untold story of Picasso’s life.  The theme of our Musical is Courage for Peace.

Our intent is to impact culture that is in many ways disintegrating before our eyes, to intervene in culture as best we can, imagining we are living again in 1935, a very short time before calamity fell on a sleeping, oblivious world.

We have what every writer and actor dreams of having in Hollywood and Broadway. – we have the story of this generation.

And now, we need our strategic partner…
